The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. No odd smells in the room either and ac worked amazing. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The entire staff was very kind and very helpful when we needed anything. Will definitely consider this place next time we are back in the area.
Great clean place. Offer a good breakfast. Only a few things bathroom was small and the bed was to soft for me I like a Firm Mattress. Other than that we had a great stay everyone at front desk was very nice.
We had just finished the Lost Sea Adventure and had tickets for the Titanic Museum (next day) and wanted to stay near the museum. The Clarion was the perfect location. We called - at the last minute - and they had a room for us within minutes. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the unique shower was easy to operate. The front desk staff were super friendly. Got to the hotel kind of late - so we slept through the free breakfast - but Flapjack's was right next door within walking distance. I would not have a problem staying here again.
Had to book a dog friendly hotel last minute after our Vrbo ended up being disgustingly dirty. This hotel was a welcome change. It was very clean! Friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast. Our kids enjoyed that. Good location, too. Would definitely stay here again.
I will say we were a bit worried when we saw the shower. It is actually very roomy and worked out great. We did buy a matt for the shower floor because it was slippery. We slept good in the rooms. The rooms were clean and towels swapped out when we were gone. An added bonus is they have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. We were happy enough with our stay. The elevator sounds a little scary.
“We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 toddlers and had an excellent experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming and always greeted us with a warm smile. Room service was great, breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect. Everything was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Nice, I think recently remodeled, clean rooms. The breakfast was different each day, which is always a nice way to go. I hate staying places that have the same thing each day. My only issue was the they only have single queen or 2 double bed options. No fault on their part (I should have read the bed descriptions) But all in all a great stay.
Very happy with my stay! Room was very comfortable and clean. Definitely loved being able to log into my streaming apps straight on the tv!
